To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns/Exchanges Qualify only if conditions are met:
- If The Product Is Defective, Missing Parts, Factory Fault Not Caused By The User, Or Has Features Different From What Is Published On Our Website, Then The Company Shall Be Responsible For Paying Off All The Courier Charges During Return Or Exchange Policy. Cutomer Must Inform And Return Items In 2 Working Days After Delivery Date.

- Laces After Cutting , Make To Order, Customized Items or Promotion Items Cannot Be Returned Or Exchanged.
- If Customer Paid Cash On Delivery, Customer Can Choose To Be Refunded By Cash Or By Voucher (Processing Within 10-15 Days).
- However, If Customer Prepaid Online, Customer Will Be Refunded Through Online Banking.
- If Customer Order Has Multiple Products That Are Different And Customer Wish To Return Just One Of The Products, This Is Allowed. Customer Has To Pay Courier Charges.
- The Customer Can Request For Order Cancellation Before It Is Shipped (Within 6 Hours Of Placement). However, If The Decision Is Taken After It Is Shipped; Then Customer Will Have To Pay All The Delivery Charges.
